To ensure that we are being completely fair to both our commission-base paid employees and the overwhelming amount of clients on our waitlist, Skinphorea’s cancellation policy is as follows:

• Our no-show cancelation fee is 100% of the service total that you are booked for. 
• You must call at least 24-hours prior to your appointment time to avoid any fees or penalties. 
• Cancelations or changes to your service, that are requested under 24-hours, will result in a 100% no-show cancelation charge and/or forfeit of your monthly VIP treatment. 
• If we are closed or unable to answer your call during normal business hours a voicemail must be left regarding cancelation to avoid the no-show cancelation fee. 
• Late arrivals: Based on availability, being more than 10-minutes late will result in a reduced service time and/or full appointment cancelation plus the 100% charge of the scheduled services. 
• CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE SPA UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED! Clients will be charged a 100% no-show cancelation fee due to bringing child(ren) to appointment. 
• You will be charged 100% of the service value if the wrong location is booked. 
• As a courtesy you may receive a confirmation email and or text reminding you of your appointment, however not receiving this courtesy reminder will not be a valid excuse to avoid the no-show cancelation fee.
