We want our VIPs to see and know that no matter what location or what licensed esthetician (mixologist) you receive your services from, all of Skinphorea's policies are the same and therefore your experience will always be amazing! 

FINE PRINT FOR ALL FACIAL VIP MEMBERSHIPS & PACKAGES:

1. All VIP membership agreement/subscription sign-ups and program cancellations must be done in person.
2. To sign up for the Acne Boot Camp Program you must first complete the Acne Bootcamp initial consultation. 
3. All VIP membership perks go into effect only after the initial payment is received. 
4. There is no long term commitment for any of our VIP memberships, this is only an agreement and you can end your monthly subscription at any time. However, you must sign the written cancellation waiver in person. Additionally, the cancellation  waiver must be signed at least 14-days prior to your draft date to stop any pending charges. 
5. All package and VIP monthly membership payments are non-refundable.
6. VIP monthly payments will be automatically drafted from your debit or credit card on the 1st or 15th of every month. You will not be able to use any services until your monthly payment is paid. 
7. Unused treatments and packages cannot be transferred; however, for our VIP membership holders, one monthly treatment can be given as a gift annually. Additionally, VIPs can roll over a maximum of one missed facial service per year. 
8. The day you cancel your VIP membership any unused treatments will be forfeited. 
9. Our standard cancellation policy applies to all VIP memberships and package appointments; if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment in under 24-hours, you will forfeit that facial treatment. 
10. VIP membership failed payment policy: if you miss 2 or more consecutive monthly payments, your membership will automatically cancel and you will need to sign a new agreement at the current pricing rate to regain any VIP benefits. 
11. All VIP membership agreement sign-ups and program cancellations must be done in person. 
12. The VIP monthly payments do not automatically stop, you must sign a written cancellation waiver to successfully cancel any VIP membership payments. Additionally, that waiver must be signed at least 14-days prior to your draft date to guarantee that we will be able to stop any pending charges.
13. Monthly VIP agreement payments will be drafted on the 1st or 15th of every month, via credit or debit card only.
14. Our standard cancellation policy applies to VIP and prepaid package appointments: if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment in under 24-hours, you will forfeit that monthly session. 

ALL PREVIOUS VIP MEMBERSHIPS HOLDERS: 

1. You are grandfathered into your original VIP membership agreement pricing, so your same pricing and most of your service inclusions will not change. You can discuss with your esthetician in detail to confirm your VIP status and service inclusions. 
2. However, if current VIP membership holders miss 2 or more consecutive payments the membership agreement will be canceled an you'll need to sign-up for the new VIP membership under the new membership's price and policies.
