Our team of experts will guide you step-by-step so be ready to discuss medications, makeup, current products, and foods that you eat. During the consultation, therapist will assist in choosing the right treatments, the right products, and the right diet to get your skin clear.

- For first time acne clients book the ‘Acne Boot Camp Consultation’ before setting up any acne treatments.
- Your followup ‘Acne Boot Camp Facial Treatments’ will be booked bi-weekly with periodic changes to your home-care regiment so that your skin does not adapt to the products used.
- If you’re not sure if you need a full acne boot camp program and for all other skincare treatments, look under ‘The $59 Cocktail List‘ and book ‘The Skinphorea Glowtini’. During all consultations our therapist will assist in choosing the right treatment.
The Acne Treatments
Acne Boot Camp Consultation
Here is where it all begins! Your initial session will teach you what may be contributing to your acne. We will perform a skin assessment and sensitivity test to develop a home-care regimen customized for your specific skin and acne type. If you decide to sign up for the program, you will be given your boot camp packet with step-by-step instructions and tools you need to achieve clear skin. Boot camp home-care products are required (approx. cost $100-$170, lasts 2-3 months).
Acne Boot Camp Facial Treatment
Acne peel treatments that combine chemical peels, extractions, enzyme peels, and lifestyle guidance to combat breakouts and pigmentation. After you complete your initial consultation, treatments will be performed every 2 weeks until your skin is clear and you complete the program. See results usually within 6-8 treatments depending on how compliant you are.

Acne Boot Camp Back Treatment
Acne peel treatments on your back that combine chemical peels, extractions, enzyme peels, and lifestyle guidance to combat breakouts and pigmentation. After you complete your initial consultation, treatments will be performed every 2 weeks until your skin is clear and you complete the program.
See results usually within 6-8 treatments depending on how compliant you are.

FAQs
How long will it take to clear my skin?
It depends on the type of acne you have along with how compliant you are with your home-care products and required lifestyle changes. It generally takes 6-8 treatments or 3-4 months with bi-weekly appointments, but could be up to 6 months. Clients usually see changes after the third treatment. All boot camp clients receive updated progress reports and progress pictures to show which phase they are currently in, know their next steps, and any missing factors that are needed to reach their clear skin goals.
Do you offer money back guarantee?
No. Although we have a 97% success rating, nothing is 100% guaranteed. There are many factors that are out of our control when clearing acne. It depends on how compliant a client is with their lifestyle and home-care product plans. When treatments are missed or scheduled longer than 2 weeks out and all of the necessary changes have not been made with lifestyle and products, it gives time for more acne lesions to form which can delay the process. Other factors out of our control that may extend timeframe or not get clients 100% clear are medications, pregnancy, and hormonal conditions which can all contribute to breakouts.
Do you take insurance?
Unfortunately, we do not take insurance, but some clients have been successful using their HSA credit/debit cards to pay for their acne treatments and home-care products. We will not know until checkout if the payment will go through. Speak with your HR department in advance to see if acne treatments are covered. We are more than able to provide paperwork regarding treatment plan and a receipt. Clients are 100% responsible for any payments is not accepted with their HSA card.
Will I see the same esthetician (acne specialist) for each appointment?
No, we use a team approach to ensure that we get your skin clear as quickly as possible. Each therapist will have detailed notes regarding your treatment, protocol, progress report and photos. Additionally, every boot camp account is reviewed monthly by the lead acne specialist, to ensure that you see results quickly. We recommend booking your next appointment before you leave as our acne specialists schedules are booked fairly quickly.
What if I am currently seeing a Dermatologist or on Medication?
We are not able to perform any acne treatments on clients taking topical medication. Please discontinue use for at least 2 weeks before your appointment and discontinue Accutane for at least 6 months to avoid further pigmentation, burns, and sensitizing of the skin.
