Responsible for overseeing employee training and development activities. Identify training needs, develop effective training programs, supervise the work of the estheticians, and manage training budgets. 

A fixer, handyperson or handyworker, a person skilled at a wide range of repairs, available to make repairs within 48 hours. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, on both the interior and exterior of the spa.
