We want our VIPs to see and know that no matter what location or what licensed esthetician (mixologist) you receive your services from, all of Skinphorea's policies are the same and therefore your experience will always be amazing! 

ALL FACIAL VIP MEMBERSHIPS:

1. All VIP membership signup and program cancellations must be done in person.
2. To sign up for the Acne Boot Camp Program you must first complete the Acne Boot Camp initial consultation. 
3. All VIP membership perks go into effect after the initial payment is received. 
4. There is no long term commitment and you can end your monthly subscription at any time. However, you must sign the written cancellation waiver. Additionally, that waiver must be signed at least 14 days prior to your draft date to stop any charges. 
5. Monthly payments are non-refundable.
6. Monthly payments can be drafted on the 1st or 15th of every month. You will not be able to use any services until your monthly payment is paid. 
7. Unused treatments and packages cannot be transferred; however, one monthly treatment can be given as a gift annually. Additionally, you can roll over a maximum of one facial service per year. 
8. The day you cancel your membership any unused treatments will be forfeited. 
9. Our standard cancellation policy applies to VIP appointments; if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment in under 24-hours, you will forfeit that monthly facial treatment. 
10. Failed payment policy: if you miss 2 or more consecutive monthly payments, your membership will automatically cancel and you will need to sign a new agreement at the current pricing rate to regain any VIP benefits. 

ALL LASER HAIR REMOVAL MEMBERSHIPS: 

1. A 6-month contract is required. 
2. All VIP membership signups and program cancellations must be done in person. 
3. All VIP membership perks go into effect after the initial payment is received. 
4. This LHR VIP program can be canceled any time after 6 payments have been successfully collected. 
5. Failed payment policy: If you miss 2 or more consecutive payments during your initial 6 month contract term,  you will not be able to receive any other services from Skinphorea until your remaining unpaid balance is paid.
6. The monthly payments do not automatically stop, you must sign a written cancellation waiver to successfully cancel your membership.  Additionally, that waiver must be signed at least 7 days prior to your draft date to skip any charges.
7. Monthly payments can be drafted on the 1st or 15th of every month. 
8. Unused treatments and packages cannot be transferred. 
9. You can roll over a maximum of 3-sessions per year. 
10. The day you cancel your membership any unused paid treatments (a max of 3) will be available to use for 6 months. 
11. Our standard cancellation policy applies to LHR VIP appointments: if you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment in under 24-hours, you will forfeit that monthly LHR session.
